Jeffrey’s paintings celebrate the dynamic expressiveness of color through cohesive ordered abstraction. The lines and shapes dividing the flat space function as structures for color interaction while expressing energy and emotion. His paintings display an elegant finished look enticing the viewer to get closer. Jeffrey says, “Like a musical composition, each work is self-referential. I like to inspire an escape from habitual thinking and common definitions, a place in one’s mind where free ideas arise.”
